Meet the Pomona Team Behind Warmline Insulation Co.
Warmline Insulation Co. didn’t build its name in Pomona by sending faceless subcontractors to your door. We send our own people, and we’ve been doing it that way since 2011. Our Pomona crew is made up of background-checked, uniformed technicians who live and work in the San Gabriel Valley. Most grew up here. Several own homes here. They understand what a single 105-degree August day does to an under-insulated attic in Phillips Ranch, because they’ve felt it themselves. That local instinct matters as much as any certification on the wall.
Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Warmline since 2014, starting on crawl space crews before moving into lead work. He holds a BPI Building Analyst certification and has logged more than 4,000 attic jobs across Pomona, Claremont, and La Verne. Marcus specializes in spray foam application and air sealing, the two services where technique determines whether the job works, and he’s known for catching ventilation issues other contractors miss. When he’s not under a roof deck, Marcus is restoring a 1966 Mustang in his Ganesha Park garage. He’ll talk your ear off about carburetors if you let him.
Javier S. – Senior Installer
Javier joined the team in 2017 after seven years doing remodel carpentry, and he brought a framing-level understanding of how walls and ceilings are actually built. That background makes him our go-to for retrofitting wall insulation in Pomona’s older stucco homes, where stud bays are never where the plans say they are. Javier is certified in Owens Corning and CertainTeed blown-in systems and runs most of our insulation removal and replacement projects. He lives in Westmont with his wife and two daughters and still makes his grandmother’s tamales every December.
Dana R. – Service Coordinator
Dana is the voice you’ll hear first when you call Warmline, because our phones are answered by a live person, 24/7, and Dana handles most of the daytime scheduling from our Pomona office. She’s been dispatching home service crews since 2015 and knows our technicians’ strengths well enough to match the right person to the right job. Dana tracks every project from first call to final walkthrough, which means your $50 repair credit or 5% Senior & Veteran discount gets applied correctly the first time. She grew up in Pomona and can tell you which streets flood in a real downpour and which crawl spaces to worry about first.
Leo N. – Apprentice
Leo came aboard in 2023 after completing a trade program at Mt. SAC, and he’s working toward his full BPI certification under Marcus. He rides along on blown-in insulation and air sealing jobs, learning how to read thermal boundaries and spot rodent entry points in older Pomona attics. Leo is meticulous about cleanup, which homeowners notice and mention in reviews. He’s also the fastest Climashield batt cutter on the crew, a small thing that keeps single-visit jobs on schedule. Off the clock, Leo plays second base in a Sunday league in San Dimas.
One Standard, Every Job
The crew you get in Pomona works to the same standard as every Warmline technician across Southern California. That means licensed and insured work on every project, written upfront pricing before we begin, and a team that respects your house enough to lay down floor protection and clean up after itself. It also means the 90-Day Done Right Promise travels with them: if the work isn’t right, we make it right. Written, not just said. Neil Ashford has run the company that way since 2011, and these are the people who deliver it. Most jobs wrap up in a single visit, and when you call (626) 341-0830 to talk about your attic, crawl space, or walls, a live person answers. That person might be Dana. Tell her Marcus sent you, even though he didn’t.
